Our cancellation policy allows for cancellations up to 36 hours prior to your trip. After this period, the trip will proceed regardless of the weather conditions, which may include sunshine, clouds, and/or light winds. Therefore, no refunds will be issued within 36 hours of the start time.
Safety is our top priority, and we will cancel with a full refund if the water police issue warnings for thunderstorms, high winds (<5 bf), or heavy rain. In the event of a sudden change of weather, we reserve the right to cut your trip short.
